DESCRIPTION:
Jesus Morales Vanguard School is an 80,000 SF Expressive Arts school on approximately 4.5 acres in Dallas. Renovations included a new secure front entry vestibule as well as enhancing the existing entry with a new canopy. Interior renovations included reconfiguring Administration, providing new classroom casework as necessary, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, replacing stage curtains at the Auditorium, and patching & painting interior surfaces as needed. Replacement of the HVAC system was provided as well as renovations to various mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems throughout.
